Trial License Agreement

This Trial License is intended for evaluation purposes of the program material ONLY. The evaluation period is limited to a maximum of 30 days or otherwise at the discretion of b2b Portals Ltd.

By signing into the Installer Pro Software you (The Receiving Party) fully accept the conditions below without reservation or qualification.

License Agreement

Installer Pro Software (The Product) is owned by B2B Portals Ltd and is copyrighted and licensed, not sold. B2B Portals Ltd grants you, at its discretion, a non-exclusive license for the purposes of evaluation the product.

You agree to ensure that anyone who uses the Program (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for your authorized use and complies with the terms of this agreement. B2B Portals Ltd will not charge you for the rights granted to you under this license.

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

The Installer Pro product, its format, processes, structure and concepts are deemed confidential information. Confidential Information exchanged between B2B Portals and the receiving party pursuant to this agreement will not be copied or distributed, disclosed, or disseminated in any way or form by the receiving party to anyone except its own employees, agents, or contractors, who have a reasonable need to know the confidential Information;

(a) will be treated by the receiving party with the same degree of care as is used with respect to the receiving party’s own information of like importance.

(b) will not be used by the receiving party for its own purposes or any other purpose except as set forth in this Agreement, without the express written permission of B2B Portals Ltd.

(c) will remain the property of and be returned to B2B Portals Ltd (along with all copies thereof) within thirty (30) days of receipt by the receiving party of a written request from the disclosing party setting forth the Confidential Information to be returned or upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the above, the receiving party is jointly and severally liable for the acts and omissions of any of its agents or contractors.

Fees

The Installer Pro Product is offered Free of charge for the purposes of trial.

 License

This Trial License is intended for evaluation purposes of the product material ONLY. You may not:

1) Use, copy, merge, or transfer the Program except as provided in this Agreement

2) Reverse engineer, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the Product

3) Sublicense, rent or lease the Product

4) Supply or provide copies of the Program to third parties or allow external access to the Program.

5) Use the Product to operate your business or for commercial purposes.

Your Trial Data:

You accept under the terms this agreement that any data you enter into the Product for the purposes of a trial is neither confidential, private or the intellectual or private property of a third party. You are responsible for compliance with GDPR regulations for all trail data.

You accept that any data you enter into the product will be deleted at the end of the trial and no claim will be made against B2B Portals Ltd for the loss of any such trial data.

Warranty

This Product is supplied “as is”, without any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. the entire risk arising out of use or performance of the program and any documentation remains with you.

Limitation of Liability

B2b Portals ltd will not be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages or for any economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings), even if b2b portals, has been advised of the possibility of such damages. B2B Portals Ltd will not be liable for

• loss of, or damage to, your records or data
• Any damages claimed by you based on any third party claim howsoever they may arise

General

This agreement is governed by English law. You may terminate your license at any time. If you do so, all your license rights to the Product are terminated. B2B Portals Ltd may terminate your license if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If B2B Portals does so, all your license rights to the Product are terminated and you must destroy all copies of documentation or printed matter created with it. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
